Welcome to Solvitron Technologies. By accessing our website, using our Support Portal, or purchasing our CareShield™ AMC plans, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before engaging our services.
1. Service Description
Solvitron Technologies provides global, remote-only IT support and managed services. We diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, operating system, and network configuration issues over the internet using secure remote desktop software.

2. User Obligations & Consent
By requesting support, you grant Solvitron Technologies explicit permission to remotely access your device. You agree to remain at the device or be reachable during the session unless otherwise agreed. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your data is securely backed up prior to any remote session (as data recovery is strictly Not Covered).
3. Remote Access & No-Fix, No-Fee Guarantee
Our engineers will only access your systems via an encrypted, one-time session key provided by you. You may terminate the session at any time. Please note that our "No-Fix, No-Fee" guarantee is strictly applicable only to clients paying for individual, ad-hoc services (pay-per-incident). This guarantee does not apply to clients who have opted for recurring subscription plans, including monthly, quarterly, annual, or multi-year CareShield™ AMC agreements. Furthermore, this guarantee does not apply to any issues arising from hardware failures or expired third-party software licences.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and methodologies provided on this website are the intellectual property of Solvitron Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or service frameworks without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solvitron Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, hardware failure, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
