By accessing or using Solvitron Technologies services, including our website, remote IT support, and products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Solvitron Technologies provides remote IT support, annual maintenance contracts (CareShield™), certified laptop sales, and hardware upgrade services. Service availability and scope may vary by location.

Hardware upgrade and repair services requiring physical presence are available only in Delhi / NCR. Remote support and laptop sales are available across supported regions.

3. No-Fix, No-Fee Guarantee

For eligible remote support requests, if we are unable to resolve your issue remotely, you will not be charged. This guarantee applies to remote diagnostic and resolution services and does not cover hardware costs, software licences, or third-party fees.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment terms are specified at the time of purchase. CareShield™ AMC plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility for other services is determined on a case-by-case basis.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for backing up your data before any service, providing accurate information, and granting necessary access for us to perform requested services. We are not liable for data loss resulting from pre-existing conditions or failure to maintain backups.

6. Limitation of Liability

Solvitron Technologies provides services on a best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Solvitron Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
